I’m Elizabeth, and I’m here to give you guys advice and tips I’ve learned throughout my fitness journey. I’ve had some ups and downs, and felt kind of lost during some parts of my journey to getting fit so I figured I’d write down things I’ve picked up so it could help others on their journey as well.
